La noche del 2 de mayo Hideo por fin pudo degustar el auténtico jamón ibérico. Después de muchos intentos fallidos y de tener un poco de susto al pensar que no nos llegaba el jamón de Huelva, llegó el momento en el cual Hideo pudo estar frente al tan ansiado jamón. Y por supuesto, inmortalizamos ese instante con una foto.
Quedará para la Historia, que en Japón no podremos gozar mucho de este gran manjar!
También disfrutamos de un buenísimo lomo ibérico y también queso para quien le gustara (a mi no, precisamente). Y como no, excelente pan galego (que no sé que le gustó más a Hideo, si el pan o el jamón).
De postres, mi madre preparó su famosa tarta de queso (de esa si que como yo 😉 ). Ésta es una de las tartas favoritas de Hideo y tiene suerte que yo la sepa cocinar y que me salga casi tan rica como la de mi madre.

On May 2nd night Hideo, at last, could eat the real jamón ibérico. After to try many times to send jamón to Japan or to think that we couldn’t receive the jamón from Huelva, the moment arrived and Hideo could be in front of the undesirable jamón. And of course, we took a picture of that moment (see up).
It’s an historic moment, because in Japan will be very difficult to enjoy of this kind of jamón!!
We could eat of a wonderful lomo ibérico too and cheese (for the people who loves cheese, because it’s not my case). And of galician bread (I don’t know what Hideo prefers, jamón or bread).
As dessert, my mother cooked his famous cheese cake ( I love it 😉 ). This is the favourite cake of Hideo and he is very luckt because I know how to cook it and the taste is very similar as my mother’s cake.
